The Special Performance focused on copyright of “China Intellectual Property Typical Cases-Tsinghua Forum 2015” (thereafter referred to as “Tsinghua Forum”) was held on 24th, Jan, 2015 in the moot court in Tsinghua University School of Law. The forum was jointly organized by Institute of Applied Law of China of Supreme People’s Court , the Center for Intellectual Property of Tsinghua University School of Law, and Tsinghua University-Microsoft Joint Research Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property.

“Tsinghua Forum” annually selects a group of influential judicial cases in China for further study and discussion, aiming at digging out intellectual property lawsuit resources and maximizing their effect on academic research, case instruction, and the broadcasting of the rule of law. Its purpose not only includes promoting profound communications between intellectual property judges, counsels, and scholars, but to enlarge domestic intellectual property cases’ international influence. Copyright and Business Secret, together with Brand and Anti-Unfair Competition, will be the future topics.
