On August 22, 2015, the Center for Intellectual Property Law, Tsinghua University School of Law, held a seminar on” Intellectual Property Restatement”. Judges from the Supreme People’s Court and Beijing High Court, intellectual-property lawyers from famous enterprises and law firms, professors in Tsinghua University School of Law and scholars from other institutions of higher learning attended this conference.

With the background of the project “Intellectual Property Restatement”, this seminar focus on two main problems: One is the discussion about handling of the style and the cases, the other is to seek advice from judges and lawyers on the cases with doubts. Director of Intellectual Property Law Research Center of Tsinghua Law School, CUI Guobin, Professor YANG Ming from Peking Law School, Professor ZHANG Guangliang from law school of Renmin University of China, Associate Professor HE Huaiwen from Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University and  Assistant Professor LIU Xiaochun from China Youth University For Political Sciences made reports on “Right to Network Dissemination of Information and Network Indirect Infringement”, ” Fair Use and Copyright Object”,” Remedy of Copyright Infringement”,” Property Right of Works” and “The Identification Rules of Copyright General Infringement”. Participates exchange their views on “public interest” ,” ceasing the infringement”，and the comparison of Intellectual Property Law and Property Law.
