On April 22nd, 2014, International Conference on Case Filling Rules and the Protection of Confidential Information in Civil Procedure, held in Tsinghua University succesfully. This international conference is sponsored by  Intellectual Property Law Center and Tsinghua University-Microsoft Joint Research Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property, Procedural Law Research Center of Tsinghua University School of Law, and Tsinghua China Law Review.The seminar invited domestic and foreign famous judge, scholars and lawyers to conduct in-depth research about the following two important problems in intellectual property litigation: the protection of commercial secrets and the case review rules. The participating experts and scholars share important practical experiences and theoretical research results in the field,  and conducted in-depth exchanges with the audience.
